NORMA SIMMONDS
Last week we received the sad news that Norma Simmonds had passed away. Please keep John, Pippa and the wider family in your prayers.

On Friday 3rd November there will be a service at the crematorium 1:45pm for family and close friends. Following this there will be a Church Service at Queens Road at 3:15pm. Any donations made will go towards the church building fund. Refreshments will be served afterwards and please let us know if you could help provide cakes, there will be a sign-sheet at reception.

COMMUNION – SUNDAY CHANGES
We are going to continue having Communion as part of our act of worship on the third Sunday of the month 10.30am service. However, we will not be having communion at the 9am on the third Sunday, instead we will switch this to the first Sunday at 9am. We are looking to develop a team to prepare communion for the 10.30am (third Sunday) Communion – please contact the church office if you are willing to be part of a rota. These changes will help with preparation and will give the option to receive communion on three occasions in a normal month:   1st Sunday at the 9am; 3rd Sunday at the 10.30am and 4th Wednesday at the 11am.   Thanks, Samuel
