SUNDAY SERVICES
This week there will be services at 9am and 10.30am. The 10:30 service is an all-age celebration.
The 9am service will be live-streamed, to watch online go to our YouTube channel.
BANK HOLIDAY
The café and offices will be closed on Monday 29th May.
It is National Paperclip Day, also it’s a Bank Holiday Monday!
THE VINE
There is a new edition of The Vine to read, paper copies are available at the reception desk. This edition includes articles about living more greenly, BMS work in Peru, Bethany Children’s Trust, Global Challenge, and a word from the minister.
CELEBRATE OUR VOLUNTEERS
We are celebrating the hard work of all our church and GAP volunteers.
Please nominate a volunteer for our Volunteer of the Year “People’s Choice Award”.
Forms are on reception desk and need to be completed by 31st May.
HALF-TERM FAMILY PICNIC
Bring your picnic and join us for fun and games at the rec.
Thursday 1st June, 12-2pm.
CAMPING WEEKEND – Friday 7th– Sunday 9th July
Booking forms for the camping weekend are now available, there is a variety of ticket options and ways to pay. Pick up a booklet and return the forms to Sarah at the church office, when the office is not open there will be a place on reception to leave forms, but please don’t leave any money. Day visitors are welcome but also need to book in. You can also book in using ChurchSuite, CLICK HERE.
CDS’S/DVD’S
Did you know we copy and deliver DVDs of the church service to those who are housebound and can’t stream the services on-line? If anyone knows of anybody else who would appreciate receiving copies, please get in touch with Liz Roberts or Sarah in the office.
CHURCH MEETING
The minutes of the last Church Meeting are on the noticeboard. Thank you to all those who attended.
INTERNSHIP
From August, Josh Ruddle is coming to spend a year with us working with the Church and GAP. We are looking for people who would have room for him to live with them for periods of 3 months. Please speak to Samuel if this is something you could offer.
